Delivery Policy
We deliver locally to Cirencester, Swindon and surrounding villages. We deliver to the following postcodes;
SN1, SN2, SN3, SN5, SN25, SN26, SN4 (Excl. Hinton Parva, Liddington, Aldbourne and Bushton)
SN6 (Excl. Ashton Keynes)
We deliver to Highworth, Coleshill, Shrivenham, Sevenhampton, Watchfield and Cirencester
We deliver between the hours of 9-6 and do not offer specific requests. Collections can be requested at a specific time between 11-7.
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Rosy Lea we strive ourselves on our freshness, quality and variety. If you receive a bouquet and you are not happy please let us know within 24 hours. Send a picture of your bouquet to rosyleaflorist@gmail.com and we will help you with your problem.
When you receive your flowers we do encourage you to remove the flowers from their packaging, cut the stems at a 45 degree angle and ensure they have fresh clean water. Repeat this every couple of days. Remove dead/decaying flowers and foliage as soon as possible to avoid contamination. Do not keep flowers near the direct sunlight, radiators or outside.
If you have had your bouquet for longer than 3 days and then make a complaint unfortunately we are not in a position to offer a replacement. The sooner you let us know the better, we will collect the bouquet in question and replace it with a new one. We do not offer refunds but will always be happy to replace if we feel the quality was poor.
