Rosy Lea florist delivery terms and conditions
Here at Rosy Lea we aim to provide a flawless service made as easy as possible for our customers. We aim to deliver all of our bouquets between the hours of 8:00-16:00. sometimes, through factors we cannot control, we may have to alter these timings accordingly. We will always inform the customer as and when this may happen.
We do ask that the recipient is home during the day of requested delivery. If this isn't possible, we will try to leave them with a neighbour. If nobody is around for us to do so then we will leave them in a safe space. failing both of these options we will have no choice but to take the bouquet back to our store. Unfortunately, we are very busy and only offer redelivery once. If the delivery fails a second time we will not redeliver, we will take them back to store for you to collect.
During our peak periods we will have huge volumes to deliver, if you have placed an order for delivery it will be delivered between the above time period and only after this period should you call to enquire where your delivery is.
If you place an order for delivery to a flat, please ensure the recipient is home as we do not redeliver on failed deliveries to a flat residence. We also do not deliver to hospitals.
Our delivery service covers the following postcodes only:
SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN25 - If your delivery is not in any of these postal areas we do not deliver there unfortunately.
